The website https://www.kk.nedas.io (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site') offers an online psychometric assessment to assist individuals and organisations (hereinafter referred to as 'Clients') in identifying career interests, preferred working environments, work values, personal attributes, and potential education or career pathways.
This assessment is an online psychometric tool designed to analyze an individual's career interests, preferred working environments, work values, personal attributes, and related career pathways (hereinafter referred to as 'Services').
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Services (hereinafter referred to as the 'T&Cs') is to define the terms and conditions relating to the usage of assessment and assessment results.
These T&Cs govern the contractual relationships between the service provider (“Provider”) and the user, whether an individual or an institution (“Client”), who are subject to specific terms and conditions of services, which are available at https://www.kk.nedas.io.
1.Acceptance and Modification
Acceptance
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions shall be indicated through checking a checkbox during registration and/or completing payment for the Assessment.
Any Client who does not accept to be bound by the provisions of the T&Cs will not be permitted access to the Site or use the Services.
By clicking 'I Accept', the Client commits to respect all of the provisions of the present T&Cs.
Modification
The Provider reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time and at its sole discretion. The Client will be informed of these amendments through any pertinent channel.
Any Client who uses the Services after the entry into force of the amended T&Cs shall be deemed to have accepted these amendments.
2.Description and Price of Services
The Provider offers an assessment product called Kompas Kerjaya.
- Individual Purchase
- Group/Institutional Purchase (managed by a Group Administrator)
Clients may purchase the Services via the Site using supported payment gateways. Prices for Kompas Kerjaya are displayed on the Site. All prices are subject to change at the Provider's discretion without prior notice.
Upon successful payment:
- Individual purchases will be linked to the purchaser’s account.
- Group purchases will be linked to a Group Admin account, who is responsible for managing users and assessments.
Access to the Assessment is single-use, non-transferable, and subject to system-defined validity periods.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including cases of unused access, expired login credentials, or incomplete assessments.
3.Registration & Account Creation
Individual Clients
- Individual Clients must register an account using valid and accurate information.
- Access the assessment via their personal dashboard once logged in. Each assessment access is single-use and non-transferable.

Group/Institutional Clients
For Group purchases:
- A Group Admin account will be created or designated. The Group Admin is responsible for registering candidates (manual entry or bulk upload), assigning assessment access, and monitoring assessment status via the Group Dashboard.
- The Provider is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect candidate data submitted by the Group Admin.
4.Assessment Access
Assessment access credentials are valid according to the purchase type:
- Individual Purchase
- Assessment access credentials are valid for 48 hours from activation.
- Group/Institutional Purchase
- Orders will be fulfilled within 72 hours of successful payment.
- Assessment tokens will be issued to the Group Administrator dashboard upon order fulfilment.
- Tokens issued under a group purchase are valid for one 30 days from the date of issuance.
If the assessment is not completed within the validity period:
- Access will expire automatically
- No report will be generated
- No reactivation is guaranteed
The Provider reserves the right to enforce system time limits strictly.
5.Dashboard & Reports
As part of this Service, the Provider creates reports based on Clients' responses to the assessment/questions (hereinafter referred to as 'Reports'), which can be downloaded and saved by the Clients in their own devices. The Reports are generated only upon assessment completion.
Individual Dashboard
Individual Clients may:
- View assessment status
- Access completed reports
- Review purchase history
- Receive product recommendations (where applicable)
Group Dashboard
Group Admins may:
- View candidate progress and completion status
- Download individual reports subject to permissions granted by the Provider
The Provider reserves the right to propose any other Service that it deems useful, in a format and by the technical means that it deems most appropriate for providing the Service.
6.Financial Conditions & Return Policy
All purchases are one-off unless otherwise stated.

Prices of the products may be changed by the Provider at any time, at its sole discretion.
Return Policy
Clients acknowledge that they are not entitled to refund of any part of their purchases.
7.Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for products are subject to change without notice.
The Provider reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. All outstanding reports to be created will be honoured.
The Provider shall not be liable to the Client or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
8.Client's Obligations
Clients commit to respect the provisions of the present T&Cs and the laws and regulations in force. They commit to respect any third party's rights.
- Clients undertake not to transfer, assign or lease in any way all or part of their rights or obligations herein to any third party, or to transfer to any third party, the use or ownership of Assessments and Reports, or more generally, any information received from the Provider within the framework of the Services.
- Clients undertake to provide the Provider with all information necessary for the proper implementation of the Services.
Each Client guarantees the Provider against any claims, demands and/or actions that the Provider could incur as a result of a breach by the Client of any one of its obligations under these T&Cs.
9.Changes to Terms of Services
The Client may review the most current version of these Terms & Conditions at any time on the Site.
The Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes on the Site.
It is the Client’s responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued access to or use of the Site or Services after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10.Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally, there may be information on the Site or through the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, language versions, system functionality, transit times and availability. The Provider reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
11.Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be responsible for any misuse of its product whatsoever, including unauthorised use of the Assessment by any third party with or without the permission of the Client.
The Provider will not under any circumstances accept liability towards the Client, for any reason whatsoever, for any indirect loss whatsoever, such as loss of revenue, profits, opportunity, clientele, or orders, damage to reputation, inaccuracy or corruption of files or loss of data, operating losses, business losses or any effect on the Client as a result of the use of Site, Services, Assessment, or Reports.
The Services are provided on an 'as-is' basis.
12.Intellectual Properties & Copyright
All rights reserved. No part of the assessments or reports may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the Provider.
13.Personal Data Protection (PDPA)
All personal data is processed in accordance with the (Malaysia), and any amendments, regulations, guidelines, or enforcement practices applicable as at 2025 (collectively referred to as the 'PDPA'). By using the Site, Clients consent to data collection, processing, and storage for service delivery and system administration.
14.Governing Law – Competent Jurisdiction
The parties to this contract agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysia. All contracts shall be interpreted according to Malaysian law.
